Hello

Firstly, thank you for dropping by, I hope you’re OK and I hope you find this comforting, relatable and helpful.

I’m Tamsin.

5 foot 2, owner of an additional chin, just moved to Cardiff with my husband and Martin, our sausage dog.

I set this blog up for no other purpose than as an outlet to actually dedicate time to working through the unsettling, complex and strange feelings I have been experiencing since my Mum died in August 2020. One of the things that I often draw comfort in, is knowing I’m not alone, as so many of us have experienced loss in so many different forms.

With that in mind, I’ve set this blog up in an attempt to tell it like it is. Unfiltered and bare. Grief is hard, grief is strange, and grief will creep up on you at the strangest of times of places. This is my ‘journey’ (vom) through it, and I hope it will help you.
